When you submit a quote form or contact us, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or postcode, the pest issue you describe, and the property type. We may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited via standard analytics.

3. How we use your data

We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver pest control services, prepare quotes, send service-related communications, and meet legal and regulatory obligations including FSA-compliant record keeping for commercial clients. We rely on legitimate interest and contractual necessity as our lawful basis.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand visitor behaviour and measure marketing effectiveness. These services may set cookies on your device. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the business: our customer database (Airtable), email infrastructure, and analytics providers (Google). We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain customer enquiry data for up to 24 months from last contact. Service records for commercial pest control contracts are retained for a minimum of 5 years to meet FSA and audit requirements.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
