These terms govern your use of PestBait Ltd services. By engaging us for pest control services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

PestBait Ltd provides pest control, prevention, proofing and consultancy services across Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties. All services are carried out by RSPH-certified technicians in accordance with applicable UK legislation, including the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, COSHH regulations, and CRRU UK best practice.

2. Quotations and pricing

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on the scope of infestation, accessibility, and the number of visits required. Commercial site surveys are free of charge. A call-out fee may apply to residential emergency call-outs outside normal working hours.

3. Payment terms

For one-off treatments, payment is due on completion of the service. For ongoing service contracts, invoices are issued monthly or quarterly depending on the contract type, with payment due within 14 days of invoice date.

4. Guarantees

For domestic and commercial treatments, we provide a 30-day guarantee on the specific pest treated. If the same pest issue returns within this period, we will return at no additional cost. The guarantee is void if entry points identified in our report are not addressed by the property owner.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled appointment up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or if our technician is denied access on arrival, may incur a 50% call-out charge.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not liable for any pre-existing structural damage, indirect or consequential losses. We carry public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance — details available on request.

7. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property, identifying any pets, children or vulnerable persons in the property, and following any post-treatment recommendations our technician provides.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
